Hi friends! Long time, no talk. I'm so sorry that I've been MIA the past month. I've been really busy with work and well, life. No excuses though. I just haven't been making my blog my priority lately and I'm working on that. I can't promise I'll be perfect with posting but I will definitely try my best! I wanted to catch y'all up on what's been up with me...
Christmas was a whirlwind but oh so sweet. I had to work Christmas eve so right afterwards I hopped in the car and headed home! That night I wrapped Christmas presents, ate dinner, and watched old home videos with my family before heading to bed. Here I am standing next to our GIGANTIC Christmas tree when I got home. I also immediately enjoyed a glass of bubbly.
For the first time in my life, I had to be woken up Christmas morning. I think I can attribute that to being exhausted from working full-time. Adulting probz. I did a pretty poor job of taking pictures on Christmas but here are some of the moments I captured...
I chew a lot of gum. Oops...don't tell my dentist!
Then Monday, it was back to work. Can you tell we're excited?
Phew, that was a lot of catching up. I've had a full life recently but I honestly wouldn't have it any other way. The days I have down time I find myself itching for something to do. I just have the personality that loves to be around people and doing something constantly. Don't get me wrong, I like my downtime but I can handle it in small doses. I will try my hardest to be better about blogging. Y'all are like my friends and I hate that I haven't been around lately. Let me know what you'd like me to blog about in 2016...I would love to hear from y'all! Have a great day, friends xoxoxo

Our family loves scratch off lottery tickets. My Dad got my Mom a BUNCH! So we sipped mimosas and scratched away.
Here is my delicious side dish before going into the oven to roast.
My Momma and I
My parents at our beautiful table.
So I'm a wee bit of a perfectionist and I like to decorate the table but frankly didn't have time since I didn't get home till Christmas eve night. But my Mom did such a wonderful job!
Those are the only photos from Christmas day. Oops. The next morning we left to head out to visit my grandparents. But first we took a photo :)

I saw this on Facebook and cracked up because it's.so.true.
Then it was New Year's Eve! After my Tigers whooped the Sooners (Sorry, Molly ;))...I hurried to get ready and head out with my friends.
My bestie from high school came up too.
The rest of the weekend was pretty laid back. I hung out with my friend, Sara, and her precious puppy. I'm beyond obsessed.
On Sunday, we headed to a local pub to watch the Panthers' game.
